Considered to be the one of the most extreme tests of human endurance on Earth. 
40ft swells, 35 mile per hour winds, Russian container ships and sharks were just a few of the hazards the boys faced.
Jamie Sparks and Luke Birch set a new world record by rowing 3000 miles in 54 days, aged just 21 years old.
Together they raised over £300,000 for Breast Cancer Care.
