You know him, especially for his role in House of Cards alongside Kevin Spacey, as cold and immoral cabinet director. Today, Michael Kelly changes sides and offers his services to the world of advertising.

In this campaign devised by TBWA \ Chiat \ Day , the American actor presents himself as a spokesman for the chain of hairdressing salons, Supercuts. If he has been chosen, besides his talents as actors, it is for the simple reason that he is bald. Or almost. With a very serious and totally casual air, he despises all the hairy they see in the various films imagined by the agency. According to him, the hair is a gift of nature too much underestimated. And the way people treat them is intolerable.

“This campaign allowed our agency to do what we love most: Identify the soul and voice of a brand that differentiates its business within its category,” said Renato Fernandez, CCO, TBWA\Chiat\Day Los Angeles. “What we found in Supercuts was a playful, fun tonality that enabled us to bring humor to the concept of not taking your hair, or the value that Supercuts offers for granted, while still having a bit of fun connecting with the next generation of men who may face this reality one day.”
