A brand new way to seach missing persons
PROBLEM
In Istanbul, a city of 20 million, there is a missing person every 24 hours.
IDEA
Facebook’s face filter (often used for fun and laughs) is now being used for creating exposure for the faces of missing persons. The first being an 8-year-old little girl Ecrin, a specially-modeled face filter is created for the project. The filter uses Spark AR technology and leverages the wide availability of Facebook app to reach millions within hours.
