Internet addicts in Latin America can get a “detox” treatment at Instituto Delete in Brazil, a center focused on treating cellular and internet addictions.
The first nucleus in Brazil specialized in Digital Detox and institutionalized at UFRJ (Federal University of Rio de Janeiro), with health, communication and education professionals (doctors, psychologists, educators and researchers) to research on technologies interfering in human behavior and provide support and treatment to abusive users of technology.
