Omnitel is one of the largest telecommunication companies in the Baltics. Omnitel provides services of carrying and packaging of voice, images, data, information, transactions and entertainment.
Omnitel was founded in 1991 by Juozas Kazickas as the first private-capital communication company in Lithuania, and was called Litcom at the time. Omnitel was acquired by TeliaSonera in August 2004.
