Plaza Claro Mall knew that being pet-friendly entails more than just letting pets into the public areas of the shopping center, which could be upsetting for the animals. It is about providing areas specifically designated for pets so that pets and their owners can have a good time while visiting their preferred stores and eating at their preferred restaurants. Our goal with this digital and out-of-home (OOH) campaign is to explain this new service, focusing on how it makes life more enjoyable and convenient for pet owners and the pets themselves.
