We know, It seems impossible to believe, but actually, this photograph is real. Not a single piece of plastic here was moved, placed, manipulated, arranged, or altered in any way.

This image depicts the actual stomach content of a dead nesting baby bird, fed belly-full of plastic by its parents, who soared out over the polluted sea collecting what looks to them like food to bring back to its young. On this diet of human trash, every year tens of thousands of chicks die from starvation, toxicity, and choking.
