The fact that Zoom (and its clones) cause fatigue is not an invention, it is a reality. For this reason, The Book of Man website and the TBWA \ London agency have teamed up to create an ingenious online tool that encourages workers to get away from uncomfortable video conferencing by equipping themselves with witty excuses.

The central axis of the campaign is the microsite "Sound the Excuse" (https://www.soundtheexcuse.com/), which aims to fight against the so-called "Zoom burnout", which, according to various studies, is seriously eroding our mental health.

It's not unexpected that 80% of Britons say that working from home has a negative effect on their mental well-being.

The new advertising campaign was launched on the occasion of World Mental Health Day on 10 October.
