From faraway family to new gathering nerves, Etsy imagines all holiday scenarios in a caring new campaign from 72andSunny New York, titled "Gift Like You Mean It."
The five spots produced by Somesuch, with music and sound design out of Squeak E. Clean Studios, tell three emotional stories about the power of a meaningful gift. In one, it demonstrates how a gift can connect family members who are unable to gather for the holidays (Nana). In another, it shows how a gift becomes a symbol of acceptance for a same-sex couple (New Guy). In the third, it becomes an object of pride for someone struggling with her self identity (Shiori). Each highlights stories of inclusivity and acceptance that everyone can relate to.
