Play Video Games, Save the Seas: Ubisoft Launches "Waves of Change"

Ubisoft has launched an in-game challenge in Skull and Bones. The creative gaming agency Biborg created all the communication elements for an event that allows players to contribute to an important cause, which is to save our oceans.

Ubisoft has pledged to donate money to Oceana, an international ocean conservation organization, for every enemy defeated in the game. The event will continue until the end of March. To help Ubisoft achieve its target of raising 300K€, Biborg has developed a dedicated landing page, a promotional film, and social media content to promote the event.

The lesson here is clear: video games can be a powerful tool for more than just entertainment. They can foster communities, drive social change, and even inspire us to protect our planet.  The next time ye fire up yer console, remember the impact ye can have.  Whether it's sinkin' virtual ships for a worthy cause or simply choosin' games with eco-conscious themes, every action counts. Now, raise a glass (of grog, or perhaps a more sustainable beverage) to Skull and Bones, to Oceana, and to a future where gamers and pirates alike work together to safeguard the treasures of the deep!
